Enjoy a guided, overnight stay at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Frankfort, Michigan. Michigan’s coast is the longest of any state, and access is open to public use. Walk alongside the waves, in the sun, and through spectacular forests. Visit lower Michigan's largest wilderness area, a vast expanse of sandy dunes and rich green forests. All entry fees are included. Customize the tour to individual preferences. Choose from a 1- or 3-night stay, depending on selection. Lunch and snacks are provided.

Meet at the wilderness trailhead to review the maps of the area and enjoy a snack. Then plan the route through both the park and wilderness. Explore both large and small lakes, including one that looks almost like an African watering hole in the middle of northern Michigan.
Seek out campsites near the shoreline, eat dinner in front of spectacular sunsets, set out for a day along the beach to see a lighthouse, and more. Much of this trip can be customized to suit individual needs, fitness levels, and interests.
All meals will be provided, and will include both a healthy travel lunch and snacks throughout the day. Tents, stoves, and other group camping equipment is provided. Please bring appropriate footwear and personal gear. Some items like clothes and backpacks are available for rent at 'Moosehall,' the base of operations.
